Whats the difference between raw and virgin hair?

Raw hair is 100% pure human hair. It varies in pattern and tone due to being unprocessed and coming from a single donor. Raw hair is more expensive due to better quality and high longevity and also requires more maintenance. Virgin hair is typically silkier because it has been processed and comes from multiple donors. It requires less maintenance and it much cheaper. 

How do I track my order?

After placing your order you will receive an email or a text message with your tracking number in which you can put into FedEx Tracking and view the status of your package. 

When will I receive my order?

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.

What does "Bel Amour" mean?

Bel Amour means Beautiful Love.

How long will my hair last?

Our raw hair can last up to 5 years if taken care of properly and our virgin hair can last up to 3 years.
